EXW (Ex Works):

The seller makes the goods available at their premises, and the buyer is responsible for all transportation costs, risks, and customs clearance.

FOB (Free On Board):

The seller delivers the goods on board the vessel nominated by the buyer at the port of shipment. The seller bears the costs and risks until the goods are loaded onto the vessel.

CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight):

The seller delivers the goods on board the vessel at the port of shipment and pays for the transportation and insurance costs to the destination port. The buyer assumes the risk once the goods are on board.

DAP (Delivered At Place):

The seller delivers the goods to the buyer at the named place of destination. The seller is responsible for all costs and risks until the goods are delivered to the specified location.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):

The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the buyer at the named place of destination, including all costs and risks associated with transportation, customs clearance, and duties.
